Engine wont start after a long sit at home

Tried starting after sitting a long while, the tank wasn't drained, so i swapped out the fuel pump, filter, and plugs, and had the injectors professionally cleaned. guess what!, still no luck. It'll crank and fire up with a little starting fluid in the airbox, but dies right after. There's no OBD2 read unless the engine's running, so I'm flying blind there. for what its worth, I know the battery's good, cos I had it hooked up to a running truck while working on it. Feels like fuel delivery is still the issue idk, can anyone help with this ?

Is the fuel pump not making any noise? try tapping it gently for a few times and try again

Fuel delivery issue for sure. Make sure your fuel pump is priming when your turn the key and I agree with @flexiblebobcat-1 you needa listen for a whine. If not that then maybe it's a clogged return line. Get what I mean?
 
nahh fuel delivery is def sick, make sure the fuel lines of the pressure regulator aren't clogged. Without an OBD2 read, a manual fuel pressure test could help narrow it down

Yeah, it's most likely a fuel delivery problem!
Other than that, it might also be an issue with the air intake.
Maybe there's a blockage or something that prevents airflow.
Just trying to rule things out if you still haven't sorted this one out!
