2020 yamaha R3 trouble

I just scored my first bike (2020 yamaha R3, 15k miles)! Found a blown fuse, got it started, but now it's being a pain

Yeah, it got rough idle and won't go past 4k RPMs, cutting out, misfiring, no power (no CEL though)
Air filter's kinda dirty, about to pull the spark plugs. After that, I'm kinda stumped. Vacuum leaks? Fuel pressure? Any ideas on what to check next? So hyped to ride! Thanks!

Given all those symptoms you mentioned, I think it's not wrong to suspect issues with the air filter and spark plugs.
After those, definitely look into vacuum leaks.
They can cause exactly these kinds of issues.

Why not do a quick fuel system check and have you inspected the fuel pump and filter yet, or tested for clogged injectors or bad vacuum lines that could cause those low-RPM cutouts?

Since no CEL, maybe the sensor's not tripping yet, definitely clean or replace the air filter and plugs first, then check for vacuum leaks around the intake boots and throttle body

If it was a car i'd say you have a clogged catalytic coverter on your exhaust. I'm straight piped with a full Graves exhaust and bypassed all that emissions crap.
