Debating my first R3

So lately, I've been thinking about picking up an R3. Personally, I like the sharper design of the first version more than the newer one. Prices I've found are between $2,500 and $3,200, with mileage sitting around 10,000 to 18,000. I'm about 215 pounds and won't be tracking it, I gotta ask, do inverted forks really make much difference for daily street riding?

Standard forks will do fine unless you're pushing hard in corners. If you like the look of the first gen and the price and miles are decent, sounds like a good pick for everyday riding.

JUMP on that deal man. I have a 2024, I have made every upgrade you can imagine with the exception of swapping the front forks. I havent had any issues with mine and they keep me stuck to the road so far. In my opinion the R3 is the best bike out there is you like going out whipping that bike around. The mods are endless and to be honest if you had a 900 and an R3 in your garage I'll bet you find yourself jumping on the more nimble of the two and that is without a doubt the R3. Hey, I appreciate all the input! I pulled the trigger on a clean first-gen R3 12k miles, $2,800. I love the sharper styling and it fits me great. I am pumped to start modding, are there any must-do upgrades you guys recommend first?
